About This Project

This project in Central London, like many, had a number of audiences. This example shows how we talked to CEOs looking for a new head office.

Brief:
To raise awareness of More London and its suitability as head office premises.

Target market & behaviour / insights:
Decision makers in big corporations who are looking to relocate or expand into larger offices. They need a convenient Central London address with modern facilities and infrastructure.

How do we want viewers to feel:
These modern buildings are right on the Thames, have good transport links and one could be a perfect flagship for my company. It is next to the new GLA building so high profile. The architecture is modern and functional and the interior fit out is excellent.

The proposition:
More London. More of everything you need in a headquarters.

The outcome:
We used the word More from the development’s name as the theme running through the brochure and marketing suite materials. Influence More, More Flexibility, More Value etc…

The development was actually sold on before completion – something which is not uncommon with property developments of this size – but not before gaining huge publicity and awareness.

It is now a thriving commercial complex.
