Staff at all levels in the organisation in nationwide offices. Not always aware of changes and what is happening at head office. They sometimes feel nobody cares about the more distant or manual of the workers.
How do we want viewers to feel:
I see what is happening with our company. These are really useful items I have received and feel part of a big team.
DX – caring about keeping everyone informed.
New divisional branding applied to envelopes were sent to all staff. They contained gifts relevant to the different products and services. Simple, colourful and unmissable!
