About This Project

Robinson Estate Agents needed an advertising campaign to promote both their sales and lettings divisions in local press. They called upon property marketing specialists PRH Design to create the adverts.

To inform readers that RES can provide a number of services for vendors, buyers, tenants and landlords. The graphics need to be flexible, varied and not complex and used on print and web applications.

Target market & behaviour / insights:
People wanting good, honest advice and individual service from a respected and knowledgeable estate agency. Don’t want part-timers or youths looking after their house sale or let and a little disillusioned with the bigger agency chains in town. They may be looking into investment property or have become ‘accidental landlords’.

How do we want viewers to feel:
These guys know the local area and market, respond quickly and have high visibility. I need to speak to them about my property.

The proposition:
Robinson – expert knowledge and personalised director level attention.

The outcome:
Eddie Robinson, founder of the company is extremely pleased with the outcome and the ads are running in local press and banners on a new revised web site. A clean and business like campaign which has increased product and brand awareness.
